Returns & refunds

You can start a return within 10 days of delivery.

We encouraged our customer to contact Amadi's Group and Co. as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please provide your order details and a description of the issue so we can review your complaint and explain the next steps. Returns, replacements, and refunds will be handled fairly in accordance with applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws.
